As agreed during the Regular Annual Meeting of SC C3 (Oporto, Sept.2009), the Working Group WG C3.01 has prepared a document aimed to comment, from a scientific pont of view, the recently issued draft "Guidelines for limiting exposure to time-varying electric and magnetic fields (1 Hz to 100 kHz)” of ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection).
